4 Boneless/skinless chicken breasts Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Cups Rice Krispies 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt (Adjust as desired) 1/8 tsp Pepper (Adjust as desired) Dash of Cinnamon (Adjust as desired) Paprika
Brush chicken lightly on both sides with oil.
Crush Rice Krispies in ziplock bag with rolling pin and season with seasoned salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Roll breasts in crushed Rice Krispies and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake at 450º exactly 1/2 hour (uncovered).
