2 lb whole tenderloin strip
2 Tbsp soft butter

1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Spread strip with soft butter and salt & pepper to taste. Place on rack in pan. Back 400 , 20 minutes. Cook onion in butter, add soy sauce, mustard and sherry. Heat to a boil. Pour over meat. Baste Often! Bake 25 minutes for rare.

Serve with remaining sauce.
