2 Skinless and boneless Chicken Breast
2~3 Tbs. Potato Starch
1/2 Lemon


2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
2 Tbs. Sake (Japanese Alcohol)
1/2 Root Ginger
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Black pepper

• Peal the ginger root and grind in a medium bawl.
• Mix the rest of the ingredients with the ginger in the bowl.

2. Cut chicken into bite size or about 1 inch size.

3. Mix the chicken with the marinade sauce in the bowl.
Sit it in a refrigerator 20 minutes or over night.

4. Heat oil to 350ºF.

5. Put Potato Starch in a big zip lock bag. Then put marinaded chicken into the bag to shake.

6. Deep fry the chicken and serve with lemon
