4 to 6 ripe Roma or plum tomatoes
1 avocado
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 small minced garlic clove
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
1-1 tsp olive oil
tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Seed and coarsely chop tomatoes. Peel and cut avocado into inch cubes. Add to tomatoes in a small bowl. Stir in onions, garlic, basil, Parmesan cheese, lime or lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve on sliced French bread. Makes about 1 cups.
