8 chicken breasts
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 T. instant minced onion
1 c. uncooked rice (not minute rice)
1/2 c. diced celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 small can pimentos
1 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Butter 9" x 13" pan. Mix rice with undiluted soup, green pepper, onion, celery and pimentos in bowl. Pour in pan. Place chicken on top Dab with butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
