Marinara Sauce (crushed tomato, garlic, onions)
Cleaned squid rings
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make Marina Sauce and heat until mixture comes to a boil, add squid rings, salt and pepper. Cook sauce on low for 2-3 hours, re-season with salt and pepper before serving.
