1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars, vanilla, eggs, zucchini and oil; mix well. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking powder and soda. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Spray loaf pans (2 or 3 depending on size of pans). Fill pans with mixture. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.

Can add 1 cup chopped Walnuts and/or 1 cup chocolate chips. Yummy!
