1 tube Pillsbury Sugar Cookies
1(14-oz.) bag caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out sugar cookies and press into 9 x13in pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Melt caramels,condensed milk and butter; pour over cookies and refrigerate. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips; pour over top and refrigerate for 1 hr. before cutting.
