1 cup of ice cubes
1/2 cup of vanilla fat free frozen yogurt or ice cream
1 cup of fat free milk
1 envelope of hot cocoa mix
1/2 teaspoon 100% pure instant coffee Granules
Fat free whipped topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place ice, frozen yogurt, milk, cocoa mix and coffee granules in blender, cover. Blend until smooth. Top with whipped topping. Serve immediately
