1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of shortening
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 cups of walnuts or pecans (chopped)
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 soft Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, shortening ,eggs, flour, baking soda, bananas and chopped nuts. Pour Banana bread batter in a greased/floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about 1hr. and 15 mins or until done
