1 whole chicken cooked and taken off the bone
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 pk. of Doritos Nacho cheese chips
1 Bell pepper chopped
1 med. Onion chopped
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of Rot-el (spicy if you prefer)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
9X13 size glass baking Dish

Directions:
In a sauce pan heat up the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, ro-tel and 1 can of water (use the ro-tel can for water).

In a baking dish put a layer of chips, a layer of chicken, sprinkle onions bell peppers and cheddar cheese, then cover with the soup mixture. Repeat layers dish is full.

Cover top with chips, put in oven at 350º heat until heated through, cheese is melted and chips are slightly golden on top.
