1lb of velveeta cheese cut into cubes
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
1 cup of milk
Fresh cilantro leaves, If desired

1: In 4 qt saucepan, mix all ingredients except cilantro

2: Cook over medium-low heat 10 -15 minutes, stirring frequently, until cheeses is melted and soup is hot. Garnish each serving with cilantro.
