2 pkgs. (8oz each) cream cheese, softned
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon ground red chilies or chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 can (7oz) whole kernel, corn drained
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 small onion chopped (1/4 cup)
6 cups assorted vegetables (jicama strips, grape tomatoes, bell pepper strips, carrot and celery sticks)

Directions:

1: In large bowl, beat cream cheese, lime juice, chilies,cumin, salt and pepper with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in corn, walnuts and onion

2: Refrigerated at 1hr. Serve with vegetables
