2 large butternut squash
non stick spray
sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Peel butternut squash, cut length wise down the center, scrape out seeds with a spoon, cut squash up into "french fries".
spray non stick spray lightly on fries, lightly season with salt. Place on baking / cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake 15-20 min.
Flip over once halfway through.

Fries are a little on the sweet side, very healthy and kids love them!
