8 oz. fresh mushrooms
3 slices bacon
1/3 cup finely sliced green onions
tsp salt
tsp pepper
2-4 drops red pepper sauce
1 Tbsp flour
cup whipping cream
2 Tbsp shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop fine. Place mushroom caps on paper towel covered plate and microwave at 70% power for one minute. Drain and set aside. Place bacon on paper towel covered plate and microwave on high until crisp approximately 2 minutes and drain. Add mushroom stems, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce. Microwave on high until mushrooms and onions are tender (2 min). Blend in four, stir in cream until smooth. Microwave at 70% power until thickened and smooth (2-3 min), stirring once or twice. Stir in cheese. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture and microwave on high 1 1 min.
