PIE CRUST:
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
FILLING:
4 lb. stew meat
2 1/2 lb. hashbrown potatoes(shredded)
1 onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan place 1/2 pie crust. Place meat, onion, & hashbrowns. Top with remaining pie crust. Bake @3501-1 1/2 hours or until meat is fully cooked.
