3 lbs. Pork Butt (diced into bite size pieces)
1 med. onions (sliced)
4 garlic cloves
1 lg.can Tomato Sauce ( 28 oz.)
1 lg. jar Pimentoes
1 can slice mushrooms
6 lg. Potatoes (diced)
1 can Peas (15 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot saute' onions and garlic in a little oil until soft. Add pork and cook it until no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, pimentoes, slices mushrooms. Cook for 20 mins. Then add diced potatoes cook until soft. Add peas and cook for another 5 mins. Serve over rice.
