1 can Spam (cut into 8 slices)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. flour
1 c. Panko (Japanese Breadcrumbs)
Oil for frying


Directions:
Directions:
Put slice of Spam in flour, then dip in egg wash, then dip in Panko.Fry until golden brown. Ono with rice.
