1 lb. Confectioners sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
In medium sauce pan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread quickly in buttered 9" x 5 " loaf pan. Cool and cut into squares.
