1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp paprika 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup salad oil
Put the egg, seasoning, lemon juice and 1/4 cup of oil into blender container. Cover and process at medium-low speed. Remove cup immediately and slowly pour the remainder of oil in a slow steady stream. Continue until mixed.
