Biscuits (whatever your favorite is)
1/2 lb ground Sage sausage (or hot italian if preferred)
3 c. milk
3 T. butter
1/3 c. flour
salt & pepper

Directions:

Cook ground sausage (don't drain)
Mix in the butter
Mix in the flour
Add the milk (about 2 cups at first, then the last)
Let thicken
Add pepper to taste, and salt if desired
