Nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
1 lb. ground chuck, brown and drain
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 pkg. Fiesta Ranch dressing
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can black beans
1 can whole kernel corn (drain)
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Spray 9X13 dish with Pam. Cover bottom of dish with Doritos. Saute onions lightly while meat is draining. Mix meat, onions and dry seasonings; spread on top of Doritos. Layer remaining ingredients in order listed. Bake at 350º for 20 - 30 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
