Cream together:
2 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar

Add: 4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Mix together:
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal (after measuring-put small amounts into the blender until it turns into a powder)
1 tsp salt
2 T baking powder
2 T baking soda

Add:
24 oz choc. chips
1 (8oz) Hersey Bar grated
3 cups nuts

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, make golf ball sized cookies, place 2" apart, bake @ 375º for 6"
