1 lb Sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
10 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Milk
3 slices bread, buttered & cubed
1/2 cup Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown sausage with onion and green pepper and drain.
2. Blend eggs and milk.
3. Spray 10 x 13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
4. Put bread cubes on bottom of baking pan.
5. Spread cheese over the bread.
6. Sprinkle sausage mixture over cheese and bread.
7. Pour egg mix over all.
8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
9. Preheat oven to 350.
10. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until set.
