3 cups all purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Crisco
1 stick butter
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring

Cream sugar, butter and Crisco well. Add eggs one at a time (mix 5 minutes) Add flavorings.

Mix baking powder into sifted flour. Add milk and flour alternately. Add flour first and last.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or until done.
