1 tube Crescent Rolls
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 small bag Frozen Hash Browns
8 oz. grated Colby Jack cheese
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray 10 x 13 pan with nonstick spray.
3. Brown, crumble and drain sausage.
4. Press crescent rolls dough onto bottom of pan so that it stretches to edges.
5. Cover dough with drained sausage.
6. Top with frozen hash browns and grated cheese.
7. Mix eggs and milk. Pour over hash browns & cheese.
8. Bake for 35 - 55 minutes (stick a toothpick in the middle of the pan to see if it is done --- it should come out clean)
9. Cut into squares and serve hot.

You can substitute Bacon for Sausage, Cheddar Cheese for Colby Jack and Potatoes O'Brien for Hash Browns. Serve w/ salsa.
