1 pkg yellow or chocolate cake mix
1 pkg vanilla pudding & pie filling
4 eggs
1/4 C oil
3 C grated zucchini
1/2 tsp salt
1 C raisins (opt)
1 C chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend - then beat for 4 minutes. Pour into angel food or bundt cake pan. Bake 350º for 50 to 55 minutes.
