1 1/4 C butter or margarine
3 C sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp rum extract
3 C cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 C sour cream
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; blend in vanilla and rum extract. SIft flour with salt, add alternately with sour cream, reserving 2 T sour cream. Blend baking soda into reserved sour cream and add butter, stirring to blend. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
