1 pie crust - baked
2 chicken breasts
1 C mushrooms
1/4 C onions
2 C fresh broccoli spears
1/4 C cheap dry wine
8 oz grated cheese
4 eggs
1 C sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry in frying pan - chicken breasts, mushrooms, onions, broccoli with a little oil and the wine. When done put in crust. MIx together cheese, eggs & sour cream. Then pour over the chicken mixtures. Bake till custard sets - approx 45 minutes. You can make ahead and freeze.
