8-10 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
8-10 slices (4X4) swiss cheese
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c water
2 c herb seasoned stuffing (crushed)
1/2 c melted oleo
8 oz fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange breasts in lightly greased baking dish. Cover with fresh mushrooms - cover with cheese slices. Combine soup & water - spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix - drizzle oleo over crumbs. Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes or until chicken is tender.
