1 can Mackerel
3/4 c. Bread Crumbs
3/4 c. Milk
1/2 c. Pickle Relish
1/2 c. chopped Onion
4 slices Bacon
2 fresh Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. melted Butter
2 tbsp. grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Mackerel and flake. Add Bread Crumbs, Milk, Pickle Relish, Eggs, Salt, melted Butter, chopped Onion and grated Cheese. Mix well, pack in loaf pan with strips of Bacon over top. Bake in oven 350 for about 45 minutes, cut in slices 2 inch thick and serve with Green Peas.
