1 c. plain flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 lg. boxes lemon instant pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
Cool Whip (12 oz.)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, Tbsp. sugar, and butter with hands. Bake on 350º for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Mix 1 c. Cool Whip, 1 c. powdered sugar, and 8 oz. cream cheese together. Spread over cooled crust. Mix 2 lg. boxes instant lemon pudding and 2 3/4 c. milk together. Put lemon mixture over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
