2 boneless skinless chicken breasts ½ c whole cranberry sauce 1 T brown sugar ¼ tsp. ginger 1 T soy sauce 1 ½ tsp. lemon juice ¼ tsp. ground mustard ¼ tsp. minced garlic
Coat nonstick skillet w/nonstick cooking spray, brown chicken on both sides. Place in 1 qt baking dish coated w/nonstick spray. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
