2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
c whole cranberry sauce
1 T brown sugar
tsp. ginger
1 T soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
tsp. ground mustard
tsp. minced garlic

Coat nonstick skillet w/nonstick cooking spray, brown chicken on both sides.
Place in 1 qt baking dish coated w/nonstick spray.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
