3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
shake of nutmeg
2 c. rhubarb
1 - 9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rhubarb into 1/2 in. pieces, wash and set aside. Beat eggs until well mixed; add sugar, flour, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix well, put rhubarb into pie pan and pour mixed ingredients over rhubarb. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool before cutting.
