1 lb. powered sugar(icing) sifted(4 3/4 cups)
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine,softened
1 teaspoon salt
1 package. (12 ozs.) semi sweet chocolate chips
2 ounces paraffin
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend powered sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt.
Shape into 1/2" balls
Place chocolate chips and paraffin in top pan of a double boiler
Heat over boiling water until chocolate and paraffin are melted (water in bottom of double boiler should not touch bottom of top pan)
Insert toothpick into ball: dip 3/4 of ball into chocolate mixture.
Place on waxed paper, remove toothpick and smooth over hole
Let stay on paper until set'

Depends on how well you can roll balls for time. I used paramount crystals to make mine. The paraffin is a wax to help set the chocolate and make them shine. I went to a cake supply store for help with this one the first time.
