Rotisserie chicken salad (Ingles is great)
Onion Roll, or bun/rolls of your choice
Tomato
Provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice roll in half, spread chicken salad on half. Add a slice of tomato and top with Provolone cheese. Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and lightly brown. Served with chips, potato salad or toss salad. Makes a great light meal.
