1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together and beat 10 minutes

Topping:
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBLS. & 1 tsp cinnamon
Mix together

Preheat oven 275
Grease and flour angel food cake pan. Pour 1/2 batter into pan, spoon 5 TBLS or topping on top and swirl to mix in, pour other half of batter on and 1/2 of remaining topping and swirl. Pour remaining topping on and Bake for approximately 1 hour or until done (when toothpick comes out clean)
