6 large potatoes (3pounds)
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
whole canned pimentos
pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
6 strips bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º - thinly slice unpared potatoes about 1/4 " thick - add to salted boiling water., cover boil about 5 minutes. - drain

Mix together soup, milk, onion, pimento and pepper.

Alternate potatoes, cheese sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan - top with partially cooked bacon - dust with paprika - Bake 35 minutes
