1 1/2 c. softened butter
1 8oz. cream cheese - softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Next, add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavorings and combine flour, baking powder and salt. Beat into creamed mixture until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325º for 50 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. (optional- garnish with powdered sugar, strawberries, etc.)
