3 cups sugar
4 large Tbsp. cocoa
1 can milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1/2 cup Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and chocolate. Add milk, vanilla, and syrup. Cook slowly to keep from sticking, stirring often. Cook until icing forms a soft ball in cold water. Spread on cake layers while icing is hot. Punch holes in layers to absorb icing throughout cake. Spread icing on top and sides of cake.
