1 c butter or margarine
2 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp soda
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 1/2 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients and add to cream mixture. Roll on flour surface to 3/8 inch thick.
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Note - Best if you hand mix, if you use a mixer you will need more flour and sometimes can make them dry, but they are still good.
