1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup of warm water + 1/4 cup dry milk or
1 cup milk

2 cups cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Form into balls, flatten, and fry until golden. Top with honey, powdered sugar, or Mexican style with refried beans, etc.
