2 Tbsp Butter (soften)
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Pout into 9'' greased pie plate, bake 30-35 min for 350º. Done when sides pull away or when knife comes clean from side. Cool, cut and serve
