2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup water
1 to2 tsp. prepared mustard
6 oz thinly sliced ham
1 cup shredded swiss or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onion with green tops
4 oz mushrooms drained

Directions:
Heat oven 400º. Mix baking mix and water until dough forms. Gently smooth dough into ball on cloth covered surface dusted with baking mix, kneed 15 times. Roll dough into rectangle 15"x9". Spread with mustard, arrange ham on rectangle, sprinkle with cheese, onions and mushrooms. Roll up tightly beginning at 15" side. Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll, moisten edge if necessary. For ease in cutting wrap roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Cut roll into twelve slices. Place slices cut side down on greased floured sheet. Bake until brown, about 20 to 25 minutes
