Chicken Gizzard
Chicken Liver
1 lb ground beef
onion
celery
raisins
apple
salt & pepper
bread crumbs or crackers
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Grind meats, onion, celery, raisins, and apples. Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until completely baked through.

This is a traditional German recipe that was handed down from Glenn's mother. My boys look forward to this dish every Thanksgiving.
