2 cups grated zucchini
2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup cocoa
12 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup soft margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Glaze for zucchini bread
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk

Directions:
Beat sugar 7 butter until smooth add 1 egg at a time, beat well after each. Add zucchini & vanilla, flour,l cocoa, cinnamon & milk. Bake 350º for 1 hr or until done.
