2 cups persimmon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
almost 1 cup of milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together mix until consistency of cake batter, pour in baking dish bake 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
