Bleu Cheese and Onion Mini Burgers Recipe

1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp. Olive Oil for frying
Spray Olive oil or butter for buns
1 Red Onion-Sliced
1/2 White Onion-diced
1/2 Cup Plain Breadcrumbs
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to season
1 Large Egg
1 Jar Maries Bleu Cheese (Optional)
1 package Mini Deli Buns

In a large mixing bowl combine lean ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, diced half white onion, egg, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix till the ground beef has incorporated all the other ingredients and in well coated, Make into approx 3 inch patties. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and fry till mini burgers are med to well done.

For Buns:
Spray or coat with olive oil or butter, lightly season with garlic salt and put into a 350º Oven for about 4-5 Min.

For Sliced Red Onion:
Saute in skillet until onions carmelize and release their sugars after burgers are done using the remaining olive oil add more if necessary.

Serve mini burgers with sautéed red onions with a dollop of bleu cheese.
