Cornbread:
1 package cornbread mix
1 can chopped green chili
Dressing:
1 package ranch dressing
1 80z. sour cream
1 cup mayo
Salad:
2 cups pinto beans with jalapeno
2 cups corn
3 large tomatoes
10 slices bacon
1 80z. cheddar cheese
1 cup green onion
1 cup ripe black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cornbread according to package instructions adding chopped green chili. Crumble 1/2 cornbread. Combine all dressing ingredients. Layer: Beans, dressing, corn, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, onions and olives. Repeat layers until all ingredients ending with cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight.
