1 - 28 oz tin pumpkin (plain)
1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 tbsps. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps. cinnamon
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
4 large eggs
1 tin Carnation milk (the regular type, NOT 2%)

Directions:

Beat eggs in large bowl. Add pumpkin and mix well.

Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add to pumpkin/egg mixture. Mix well, be sure there are no lumps.

Lastly, shake Carnation milk tin. Open and add to mixture and again, mix well.

Pour mixture into unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 375 F for 45 - 55 minutes. Cool, and serve with a dollop of whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
